EN24T also known as 817m40. EN24 comes treated in the T condition to 850/1000 N/mm2. We offer EN24T square bars from 20mm to 300mm from stock.
EN24T is a popular grade of through-hardening alloy steel due to its machinability in the "T" condition. EN24T steel is used in components such as gears, shafts, studs and bolts. EN24T can be further surface-hardened to create components with enhanced wear resistance by induction or nitriding processing.
We can supply EN24T square bar from 25mm x 25mm to 190mm x 190mm. Other sizes available upon request.
