P1008 Steel - pre-machined

P1008 Steel is an equivalent to AISI 420, X40Cr14, 1.2083. Pre-machined with machining allowance. Both bar ends saw cut.

P1008 is a medium carbon martensitic stainless steel that offers good strength combined with reasonable impact and corrosion resistance. The characteristics of P1008 make it useful in medical, food, and petrochemical applications. It is particularly suitable for plasic moulding dies.
