Bar turning and machining

Steel Express can offer bored and machined bars, high quality, precision bar turning from our stock. We can supply turned bar up to 5 metres in length and 390mm diameter straight bars ideal for CNC users.

Bar boring

We also offer bar and tube boring, transforming solid bar into hollow bars or heavy walled seamless pipes. Once boring is complete the hollow bar can be turned concentricly to the bore to produce consistent wall thickness.
